OVERVIEW
In Kenya, you do not have to go too far from the city for a safari. Nairobi National Park is probably the only park of its kind within a city. A short drive away are the towns of Naivasha and Nakuru that are also prime safari destinations with buzzing urban centers. We bring you the Kenya Urban Safari.
DAY-BY-DAY
DAY 1
Pick up from Nairobi at 8 AM. Take a very short drive to Nairobi National Park. Spend the morning on a game drive. Depart from Nairobi National Park and arrive in Naivasha just in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon at Crescent Island. Crescent Island is popular for its nature walks where you come very close to wildlife (herbivores only). Meals and accommodation at L. Naivasha Sopa Lodge.
DAY 2
Still in Naivasha spend the morning in the world-renown Hell’s Gate National Park. After a fun filled morning we drive to Nakuru National Park in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Meals and accommodation at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodges.
Day 3
On the final day of the urban safari the day will kick-off with a morning game drive at Lake Nakuru NP. After that we return to Nairobi and mark the end of the safari.
